Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre School Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow, learn, and develop essential skills.
Duties:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development and cognitive development of Pre Schoolers
  • ages 3 to 5 years old.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
  • Develop and follow a daily schedule that incorporates playtime, group activities, individual learning, and rest time
  • Monitor and assess Pre Schooler's progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all children
  • Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
Skills:
  • Experience in childcare environments
  • Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
  • Knowledge of curriculum and educational practices
  • Ability to educate and engage young children in a classroom setting
  • Background in childcare, special education, or Pre School care is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
