Frosty's Learning Academy in Hampden is seeking one dedicated Childcare Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. Competitive Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Your Role & Impact Interactive Instruction:
Creating and implementing age-appropriate learning activities and helping children discover new interests through art, music, literacy, fine and gross motor skills, and social and emotional learning skills.
Holistic Care:
Maintaining daily routines, including feeding, hygiene care, and keeping play areas sterilized and safe.
Observation & Growth:
Monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional progress to ensure they are prepared for the next level of care.
Parent Collaboration:
Building strong relationships with parents to help children hit their educational and behavioral goals. Physical Requirements & Expectations To be successful in this active classroom environment, candidates must meet the following:
Physical Stamina:
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be comfortable standing, being physically active, and sitting on the floor for long periods to interact with children.
Reliability:
Ability to work 10-hour continuous shifts as part of our 4-day working schedule.
Foundational Knowledge:
A basic understanding of the childhood development process.
