We are looking to hire a full time floating center aid immediately. Seeking someone who has high energy, is dedicated, loves working with children, and has a strong work ethic. Can be physically demanding; requires getting up and down off the floor throughout the day and lifting small children. For a full time position you must be able to work four 10hr days per week. For part time positions, you should be able to work full 10 hour days for the days that you are available. As stated above the pay starts at $16.10 an hour, once orientation and trainings are completed you are eligible for $240/month bonus as well. ' Work Remotely No Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote development and learning. Monitor classroom safety, implement pediatric first aid if needed, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Communicate with parents about daily observations, progress, and any concerns in a supportive, professional manner. Assist with daily routines, transitions, and behavior management using positive guidance strategies. Support individualized needs through small-group activities and inclusive practices for children with diverse abilities.
