Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to the developmental needs of children, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate innovative teaching methods such as Montessori or other early childhood education philosophies. Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment conducive to learning. Support children's emotional well-being through behavior management strategies and child welfare practices. Incorporate classroom management techniques that promote active participation, independence, and positive social interactions among students.
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
