Job Description

This position requires an individual with a positive attitude who is loving, reliable, energetic, self-directed and possesses a strong work ethic. Some responsibilities include implementing curriculum plans, keeping classrooms neat and tidy, having a professional and positive attitude and loving and caring for the children in our care. A degree is not required but continuing education in the field is encourage. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing love and quality care for the children throughout the day in order to meet their emotional and physical needs Interacting with children both physically and verbally throughout the day Serve and eat meals with the children Assisting children with their personal hygiene. Planning and executing indoor and outdoor experiences appropriate to the developmental levels of the children Teachers must also maintain a clean, sanitary, attractive and well-organized classroom Maintaining health and safety in the classroom Following a consistent classroom schedule Attend in-service and staff development training programs CPR/First Aid required but we will provide necessary training Must have a H.S.
