Kids & Co. Childcare Center is a licensed childcare facility in Turner, ME. We are professional, supportive, and fast-paced and our goal is to provide the best care possible and give the children the best resources to succeed.

Growth opportunities Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment On-the-job training Casual work attire We are looking for a Toddler Daycare Assistant to join our toddler room (18 months - 36 months) and help support our lead teacher in the classroom. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for teaching and working with children, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The assistant will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher with lesson plans, classroom management, and providing individualized instruction to students. The assistant must be positive and enthusiastic about coming to work and making a change in the children's lives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the childcare industry and grow with a company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of lesson plans and activities for children. Supervise children in the classroom and during activities. Assist in the implementation of classroom management strategies. Provide feedback to parents about their children's development. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Commit to a Monday - Friday, 40-hour workweek.

$15.10 - $17.00 per hour
