$18-$23 per hour
Schedule:
55-60 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Day Shift Travel opportunities with paid hotels Start ASAP Looking for a hands-on career that gets you outdoors and offers plenty of overtime? We're hiring Field Labor Technicians to support underground utility, sewer rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects throughout Maine. This is a long-term, direct-hire opportunity with paid training, advancement potential, and the chance to build a career in a specialized industry. You'll work alongside experienced crews on projects involving pipeline inspections, sewer maintenance, and trenchless construction, with all travel expenses covered when overnight stays are required. What You'll Do Assist with sewer rehabilitation and underground utility projects Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment Support pipeline inspections and trenchless construction operations Lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds Travel to job sites throughout Maine; overnight stays may be required Participate in safety meetings and follow all jobsite protocols Work closely with experienced crews to complete projects safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Construction, landscaping, logging, or general labor experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work overtime and travel as needed Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Valid driver's license preferred; CDL holders may qualify for higher pay Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Why You'll Love This Opportunity 55-60 hours per week with overtime available Direct-hire opportunity with room for advancement Employer-paid hotels and travel expenses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contributions Paid time off and income protection benefits Biannual raises and cost-of-living adjustments Paid training and certification opportunities Referral bonuses
