- 90 days-1st year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 16 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 131 hours.
- 1st-2nd year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 14 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 149 hours.
- 2nd
- 3rd year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 13 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 160 hours.
- 3rd-4th year and Beyond Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 12 hours worked.
Preferred:
New and 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience Experience in a teacher role CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood (preferred but not required) Schedule Monday-Friday Between 7:30 AM- 5:30 PM Direct support from administration A center committed to quality care and professional standards
