Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Ann Arbor center to inspire and care for young children. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with teammates, and uphold all licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about progress, activities, and classroom events. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and meet licensing standards. Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Set up and maintain engaging classroom materials and learning centers.
