Reports to the Medical Director and COO . This position offers flexible hours and employment types (W-2 or 1099), ideal for family physicians balancing other interests. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages, managing acute/chronic conditions, supervising medical trainees, and promoting preventive and culturally competent care within a team-based model. Maintains accurate EHR documentation, complies with regulations, and participates in quality improvement.
Qualifications:
MD/DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine, board eligibility/certification, active license, DEA, and dedication to serving underserved populations. Preferred experience in community health settings. Benefits include competitive salary ($240K-$260K), insurance, loan repayment, CME, PTO, and professional development.
