Position:

Preschool Lead Teacher (Age 3 Classroom, Approx 8 - 10 children

Full-Time What You'll Do Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum Incorporate nature-based and hands-on learning experiences Take children on outdoor walks and exploration time Create meaningful seasonal and sensory activities Support social, emotional, and academic development Maintain daily communication with families Ensure a safe and nurturing environment Follow Michigan childcare licensing regulations Maintain a clean and organized classroom Work as part of a supportive teaching team Applicants must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements for a Lead Teacher.

Required:

Must be 18 years or older Meet Lead Teacher qualifications through one of the following: CDA (Child Development Associate), Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Bachelor's Degree in a child related field. Experience with preschool-aged children preferred. CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Must be able to complete: Background check
