Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in our care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes childhood development and learning. The Childcare Provider will work closely with children, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care and educational support. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education, social skills, and physical development. Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment. Support children's emotional needs through positive behavior management techniques and responsive caregiving. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities and maintain classroom organization. Maintain documentation related to children's development milestones and daily activities. Requirements Seeking employees who are able to work year round. Full and part time positions available Potential for office management Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable. Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies. Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members professionally. Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for caring for children.
