What You'll Do As a Preschool Teacher , you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will: Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations. Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits. Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. What We Will Love About You:

Bachelor's Degree with a valid Michigan Teaching certificate and a ZA endorsement or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood - General and Special Education ZS endorsement or Bachelor's Degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education (major) with specialization in preschool teaching is required. Two years' experience in Head Start or other Early Childhood Program is preferred. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Most importantly, you're passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and succeed.
