Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Fenton Silver Parkway center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will create age-appropriate lesson plans, support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will communicate regularly with families, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones. Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety, health, and cleanliness standards are met. Observe, document, and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about children's progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to maintain schedules, classroom routines, and learning materials. Support behavior guidance using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Follow all Kinder Care and state licensing policies, procedures, and regulations.
