Lead teachers for Child Care

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour Job description: Must have experience and classes in Child Development or higher. Must be available to work Monday through Friday until 6 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily classroom operations, planning age-appropriate educational activities and implement lesson plans.
• Provide care and support to children in a nurturing and safe environment
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, cognitive, and social development
• Assist with behavior management and implement positive discipline techniques
• Create a structured routine for children that includes meals, nap times, and playtime
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with infant care and early childhood education principles
• Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities
• Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
• First aid certification is preferred
• A background in preschool or early childhood education is desirable We are looking for a caring and responsible individual who has a passion for working with children.
