In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes childhood development and learning. Your expertise in early intervention, literacy education, and behavior management will empower children to reach their full potential while ensuring their well-being and happiness. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including Montessori and other pedagogical approaches Lead daily classroom activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for preschool-aged children Develop and adapt curriculum to meet the diverse needs of children, including those requiring special education or early intervention services Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and specialists to support each child's individual growth and address developmental milestones Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and inform instructional strategies Oversee classroom routines such as meal times, nap times, and physical education activities to ensure a balanced day for children Support ongoing professional development by staying current with best practices in childhood development, literacy education, and childcare Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is essential Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education needs Familiarity with curriculum development methods including Montessori or similar educational philosophies Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Demonstrated ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning Experience working with toddlers or in daycare environments preferred Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; additional training in behavior management or special education is a plus Ability to maintain a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and safety at all times Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms young lives!
