You'll work with a small, focused group of students (currently six, with a possibility for growth throughout the year) in your dedicated classroom at Shettler Elementary. Qualifications:

Current certification in Special Education Experience in early childhood classrooms (preferred) Ability to individualize curriculum and manage an inclusive, supportive environment Professional communication and team collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

Lead a classroom focused on Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs Supervise and collaborate with three dedicated assistants Foster a nurturing, positive, and inclusive classroom Communicate regularly with staff and families
