• Jenison is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children are excited to learn, explore, create, and grow.

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll help children strengthen their language, independence, friendships, early academic skills, and confidence through purposeful play and hands-on learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead daily routines and learning experiences in a Preschool classroom Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum Create engaging activities supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance Observe children's development and maintain required classroom documentation Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Collaborate with classroom support teachers and center leadership Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous professional preschool, daycare, childcare, or early childhood experience strongly preferred Experience leading or taking ownership of a classroom preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credentials are a plus Strong classroom management and communication skills Dependable, nurturing, energetic, and team-oriented Ability to meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive pay of $17
