  • 6:00pm Duties Assist in implementing daily activities that support childhood development and early education principles.
Supervise children during playtime, meals, rest time, and learning activities to ensure safety and engagement. Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning. Help facilitate inclusive activities tailored for children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring all children are supported appropriately. Follow health and safety protocols. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians. Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, or nannying roles. Strong classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and create a nurturing environment. Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that promote social-emotional growth. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with parents effectively.
