Full-Time, Monday-Friday Build a Career Helping Children Learn & Grow The Learning Experience is looking for a caring and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, professional childcare environment. You'll help children learn through play, develop new skills, build friendships, and feel safe and confident throughout their day. What You'll Do Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children Lead and support age-appropriate learning and play activities Encourage language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development Guide children through meals, rest time, outdoor play, toileting/diapering, and classroom transitions Provide positive guidance and attentive supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Build positive relationships with children and families Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow applicable childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, childcare center, or early childhood setting preferred CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus Patient, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $16- 18 per hour , based on experience and credentials Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunities to grow into Lead Teacher and leadership positions Apply Today If you enjoy working with children and want to grow your career in early childhood education, we'd love to meet you.
