Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic individual who shares our vision and values to be the Full-Time Lead Teacher . This role is key to fostering a nurturing, active learning environment where children thrive.

Schedule:

Hours vary between 7 AM - 7 PM , depending on program needs. As a LeadTeacher at Mi Childcare, you will: Lead by example, bringing enthusiasm and energy to movement-based learning. Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for students, families, and staff. Work closely with the director to create and implement our unique, developmentally appropriate, movement based curriculum to support children's physical, social, and academic growth. Create an engaging classroom where learning happens through movement, play, creativity, and exploration.

If You:

Have at least 1 year of center leadership/management experience. Meet Michigan child care licensing requirements for education and experience. Understand and can apply state licensing rules and regulations (required for Lead Teacher). Bring strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
