Job Summary We actively seek compassionate and dedicated childcare providers to work in unsecured detention facility. For individuals ranging 10 to 17 years of age. Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.. Assist with daily routines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the living area. Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive team atmosphere. Observe and document children's behavior, progress. Requirements Experience working with children Familiarity with care practices is essential. .High school diploma or GED Drivers License Pass a background check Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
