Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Holland KinderCare center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will create nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. You will design lesson plans, guide play-based learning, and support children's social-emotional and cognitive growth. Teachers partner closely with families, maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, and uphold all licensing and safety standards. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and report on children's progress and behavior. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and daily experiences. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with center staff to plan programs and share best practices. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
