In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering positive growth through educational activities and attentive care. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and learning Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to growth and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately Support children with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other basic needs in a caring manner Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to follow classroom management protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations Passion for nurturing young minds with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Join us in shaping the future by providing exceptional care that supports children's growth while enjoying a rewarding career in early childhood education. Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
