Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically to infants and toddlers. You will foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring a safe and stimulating space for early childhood learning. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants and toddlers. Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, circle time, play-based learning, and routine care such as feeding and diapering. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns through meetings or written updates. Apply behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions and emotional regulation among children. Ensure compliance with all mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress and classroom activities in accordance with licensing standards. Collaborate with team members to plan special events or activities that enhance early childhood education experiences. Uphold health and safety standards by practicing first aid and CPR when necessary and maintaining a clean classroom environment. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred (infant/toddler coursework required), preferred.

•Infant/Toddler CDA accepted with relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early learning environment. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
