ob Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Young Preschool Child Care Provider to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for 2.5-3.5 year olds. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive care that promotes healthy development, supports families, and ensures compliance with all safety and health regulations. Your energy and positive attitude will help foster a joyful atmosphere where children feel secure and excited to explore their world. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm OR Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm OR Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm OR Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Ensure the safety of children at all times by maintaining vigilant supervision and adhering to safety protocols. Implement early childhood education strategies focused on childhood development milestones and learning through play. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress, behavior, and needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Collaborate with team members to manage classroom behavior effectively and implement behavior management techniques. Document daily activities, developmental progress, and any incidents accurately in compliance with licensing standards. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare centers is preferred Knowledge of child development instruction, early childhood education principles, and classroom management techniques is preferred CPR and First Aide or willing to obtain Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration.
