In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with educational standards, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes childhood development. Your leadership will inspire staff, support families, and uphold the highest quality of care and education for young learners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early childhood education through strategic planning, innovative curriculum development, and effective management. Duties Provide strategic leadership in managing early childhood education programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that support holistic childhood development and meet educational requirements Supervise school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment Facilitate professional development sessions to enhance staff skills in classroom management, instructional leadership, and compliance with education laws Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources efficiently, and ensure proper allocation of funds for program needs Lead fundraising initiatives to support program growth and sustainability while engaging with community partners and stakeholders Ensure adherence to legal requirements related to special education law, childhood development standards, and educational compliance regulations Conduct faculty evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement in instructional quality Manage school administrative functions including personnel management, record keeping, and ensuring a safe learning environment Promote effective communication with families through public speaking engagements, parent meetings, and community outreach efforts Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership roles within K-12 or early childhood education settings Extensive background in curriculum development tailored for young children and familiarity with childhood development principles Strong management skills demonstrated through supervising teams of educators and administrative staff Experience in strategic planning, budgeting as an executive education administrator, and fundraising initiatives Knowledge of educational compliance standards including special education law and school legal requirements Prior involvement in professional development facilitation within schools or early childhood programs Classroom teaching experience with children from preschool through early elementary grades (K-12 experience preferred) Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with staff, parents, and community partners Familiarity with managing school operations while maintaining high standards of safety, legal compliance, and educational excellence Join us in shaping the future of early childhood education by leading with passion, innovation, and dedication.
