KinderCare seeks a Lead Teacher for Windemere Park Charter Academy to design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for early learners. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports social, emotional, and academic growth. You will observe and assess children's progress, adapt lesson plans, and maintain accurate documentation. The Lead Teacher will mentor assistant staff, build strong, professional relationships with families, and collaborate with colleagues and administrators to uphold licensing, safety, and quality standards while supporting KinderCare's inclusive culture.
