KinderCare seeks passionate Teachers for our Lansing and Saginaw centers to nurture young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this role, you'll design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and foster curiosity through play-based learning. You'll build strong relationships with families, communicate progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and quality standards. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behaviors. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
