KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Cornerstone Village center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you'll design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You will build strong relationships with families, communicate progress, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture. Working within a collaborative team, you'll follow health and safety standards, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a high-quality early childhood education experience. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Observe and document children's development and behaviors. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and activities. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
