Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our Notre Dame Prep program, supporting young learners in a warm, engaging classroom. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence. You'll maintain a safe, inclusive environment, observe and document children's progress, and communicate regularly with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative, growth-focused culture, you'll partner with colleagues to enhance curriculum, participate in professional development, and make a meaningful impact on children's early educational journey. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Kinder Care and Notre Dame Prep standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and learning goals. Communicate regularly with families about student development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum, activities, and enrichment projects. Maintain classroom organization, safety, and compliance with licensing regulations. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior management. Participate in professional development and center-wide initiatives.
