A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assisting Leadership with daily projects and tasks Preparing monthly meetings as necessary Coordinating activities, contests, outings as necessary Completing expense reports Communicating with a diverse group of important inbound calls to leadership and guests, as well as internal contacts at all levels within the organization Answering multiple phone lines with a sense of urgency Handling confidential and non-routine information with care while having the ability to explain policies when necessary Performing assistance with record keeping duties at various degrees of complexity Scheduling and organizing complex activities such as but not limited to: meetings, travel coordination, conference scheduling, team activities, etc. Running errands as necessarWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, extensive reporting, etc. Strong MS Office skills Communicates effectively both verbally and non-verbally High sense of urgency Ability to multi-task and think on your feet Excellent organizational and client service skills Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to assist others Mortgage and/or Financial industry experience - Preferred HS Diploma Onsite attendance required Excellent Problem-Solving SkillsTHE PLACE & THE PERKS
