Great Start Readiness Preschool (GSRP)

Associate Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assist the GSRP lead teacher in all activities, learning centers / programs, small-group activities, and preparation as defined within the program guidelines and expectations Supervise students in the classroom, on the playground, during meal / snack time, and during arrival / dismissal routines Ability to perform set-up, assistance and maintenance of a warm, inviting environment Follow all licensing requirements as set forth by the state of Michigan Perform other duties / assignments as directed by the program director or designee

Education / Qualifications

Skill Set:

High school diploma required; Child Development Associate (CDA) is preferred Experience working with preschool children is preferred Develops strong relationships with a balance of rigor and respect Is a self-motivated, self-starting, independent problem-solver Possesses strong interpersonal abilities and communicates well both in-person and electronically Is team-oriented, a selfless classroom leader, and has a servant-oriented mindset Can manage student issues / concerns independently, etc. Compensation /
