We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Early Head Start Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with infants and toddlers and is committed to creating a safe, nuturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The Early Head Start Teacher will provide high-quality care and educational experiences while supporting the social-emotional, physical, cognitve, and language development of young children. Responsibilities included planning and implementing developmental appropriate activities for infants and toddlers. Provide a safe, nuturing, and responsive classroom environment. Establish positive relationships with children and families. Follow Early Head Start Program performance standard and program policies. Conduct ongoing observations and assessments of childrens development. Maintain accurate classroom records, lesson plans, attendance, developmental documentation, and other required paperwork. Participate in parent conferences, family engagement activities, staff meetings, trainings, and professional development. Work collaboratively with the Early Head Start Team, including family service staff, mental health professionals, disability staff and other support personnel. $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
