Job Description

Burn Boot Camp Northville is looking for an enthusiastic, fun, and nurturing Childwatch Team Member who has experience caring for children ages 8 weeks to 10 years old. We are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment that reflects the Burn commitment to our gym members. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.
Shifts needed are:
Weekday mornings: 8:00
  • 10:30am / Weekday evenings: 4:00
  • 6:30pm; and rotating Saturdays 7:40am
  • 10:00am.
Must have availability to work these shifts most days for approximately 5-10 hours per week!
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet children and parents with a high five and smile. Ensure all children have completed the waiver and understand the general room rules. Ensure execution of Childwatch processes. Create and execute crafts and activities Facility management of Childwatch room
  • keep items in working order and clean.
Opening/Closing duties such as cleaning toys, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, etc. Interact and engage with children in play or craft time accordingly. Provide a safe and fun environment for children of various age groups.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • A problem solver Experienced in childcare Highly organized Caring and compassionate Patient Able to remain calm in difficult situations A good communicator Able to lift up to 30 pounds Preferred to have a valid CPR and First Aid certification Must be at least 18 years of age If this is you, we invite you to apply!
