Job Overview Energetic, collaborative, and nurturing toddler teacher who is interested is capable of building strong relationships with children and families. Must have a passion for connecting with children and working on a team. Your passion for early education will help lay a strong foundation for children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. This job requires the physical ability to move quickly, be on the floor with children, lift toddlers for diaper changes, and happily engage with young children!
Responsibilities:
Implement lesson plans and activities for toddlers Support classroom management by ensuring a safe and loving environment Engage with students in educational and play-based activities Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress Help with daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play Collaborate on curriculum development and behavior management strategies

Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development instruction, and classroom management techniques. Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
