Description Pay Range:
$18.50 - $26/hr

PM Summary :
Plans, directs, coordinates, and controls activities of workers engaged in assembling parts or assemblies into units by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Supervise production team members according to company policies, procedures, and work practices. This includes, but is not limited to training, scheduling, assigning work, conduct performance evaluations. Safely start, load and unload, run, and shut down production assembly equipment Produce the required number of parts that meet customer and company quality standards while meeting and exceeding production goals. Perform production related quality tasks such as using hand held gauges to measure or gauging parts, properly complete the quality documentation system forms and comply with company calibration procedures. Perform minor operator maintenance on production assembly equipment Coordinate daily and weekly operating supplies, maintenance, tooling and quality tasks to minimize machine downtime Comply with company policy and safety standards Safely operate a forklift to move material within the facility Requirements High School Diploma with 6 months plus, in a leadership role supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
