Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children and support their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and daily activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership on curriculum and activities. Observe and document children's growth and milestones. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
