KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Lake Orion center to nurture and inspire young learners. In this on-site role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. You'll maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, observe and document progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Create and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early learning standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families about children's activities and milestones. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum and center activities. Implement health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies. Participate in training and professional development.
