Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly and professionally with families about child progress. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with colleagues and center leadership on curriculum and center events. Observe, document, and report on children's growth and behavior. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
