ASAP Schedule:

Monday•Friday | 7:30 AM•4:00 PM (½ hour lunch break)

Pay Rate:

$13.73•$14.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Helping Hands Childcare is a licensed, high-quality early learning program committed to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children to grow, learn, and thrive. We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Nursery Room Teacher to join our Reading location.

Position Overview:

The Nursery Room Teacher is responsible for the daily care, safety, and developmental growth of infants and young toddlers. This position requires warmth, patience, and strong communication skills to work effectively with both children and families. Responsibilities Provide a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime. Plan and implement simple age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Maintain communication with families about their child's day and progress. Follow licensing and center policies at all times. Collaborate with co-teachers and support a positive, team-centered workplace culture. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. CDA Perferred or at least one year of experience Previous experience in childcare or working with infants/toddlers preferred. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
