Job Description

Our client, a growing metal fabrication manufacturer specializing in precision metal fabrication, welding, and assembly solutions for various industrial applications, is seeking a 2nd Shift - Spot Welder to join their team. As a Spot Welder, you will be part of the production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2:45 PM to 1:15 AM, Monday through Thursday What's the Job? Operate spot welding equipment to weld metal parts and assemblies. Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and engineering drawings. Verify dimensions and quality of finished products using measuring tools. Load, position, and secure materials in fixtures and welding equipment. Perform visual inspections to ensure weld quality and product compliance. What's Needed? Previous spot welding experience required. Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred. Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and measuring devices.
