This pivotal role involves overseeing curriculum development, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, managing staff, and fostering an enriching environment that promotes childhood development. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of innovative curriculum tailored to early childhood development standards and best practices. Supervise and support school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee school operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education. Facilitate professional development sessions for staff to enhance instructional quality and promote continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategic plans to improve program quality, enrollment growth, and community engagement. Manage fundraising initiatives and cultivate partnerships to support program sustainability and expansion efforts. Ensure adherence to legal requirements such as special education law, childhood development standards, and educational compliance regulations. GSRP experience is a plus. Positive attitude and Team Leadership is important. Associates or previous experience is a must. Closing three days a week (minimum) is part of the position.
