Program Calendar (approximately 9 � months)
WORKDAYS/HOURS
Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 3:30pm Every other Fridays 8:00am to 11:30am 29.75 hours / week
REPORTS TO
Supervisor of Early Childhood Education
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent. Experience or training in early childhood. Neat in appearance, pleasant personality, and punctual attendance. Ability to work well with others. Ability to reflect on ways to increase effectiveness. Ability to get along with and work well with staff, children, and parents. Have basic knowledge of how to use computers and apps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with the children in a positive manner. Practice Health & Safety Standards. Disinfect the toys, cots, and other equipment in your assigned classroom(s)/assigned area. Use the laundry room to wash and dry the bedding. Provide breaks for the team members in your classroom(s)/area. Assist in the room where needed. Keep equipment and supplies organized and neat in appearance. Accept supervision and feedback as positive. Work as a team with your teacher and assistant teacher. Other duties may be assigned. The employee must be able to move about the assigned location during the day.

The employee is required to interact with students, staff, parents / guardians, administration and occasionally with the public.
