We're seeking a compassionate Assistant Teacher whose heart for children and joyful spirit will help create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants through preschoolers. Your Impact Support lead teachers in creating meaningful, developmentally rich activities Provide gentle, attentive supervision during meals, rest time, play, and outdoor learning Assist with diapering, feeding, and hygiene while maintaining high safety standards Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for exploration Build trusting relationships with families through positive communication Follow mandated reporting laws and uphold our commitment to child safety Grow your skills through ongoing training and professional development Your Strengths Experience working with young children Knowledge of early childhood development CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Patience, empathy, and a heart for service Ability to support children with diverse needs Strong teamwork and communication skills Join us in shaping bright futures with love, purpose, and joy.
Pay:
$13.75 - $16.00 per hour
