Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties Lead daily classroom routines for infants, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and age-appropriate activities that promote growth and curiosity Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and individual developmental needs Monitor and document each child's progress, ensuring personalized attention to support their social, emotional, and cognitive development Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning through play Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and build strong partnerships rooted in trust Supervise assistant teachers and caregivers to maintain high-quality classroom management and caregiving standards Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including pediatric first aid and mandated reporting laws Experience Proven experience working with infants in daycare or preschool settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Prior experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is highly desirable Certification in first aid (including pediatric first aid) and CPR required; ongoing training preferred Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Demonstrated ability to follow early childhood education best practices and curriculum guidelines Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting involving infant care is beneficial Join us as a Lead Infant Teacher to shape the earliest stages of children's lives with enthusiasm, professionalism, and compassion.
