Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate respectfully with your team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Child Care Center. Assist with the general management of the Center, including opening and closing duties as assigned. Plan and implement engaging, play-based activities that are developmentally appropriate for the children, fostering their physical, cognitive, and social growth. Supervise children during all activities, including meals, naps, toileting, playtime, and developmental programs. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and toys, meeting our high standards of care. Provide support with dressing, diaper changes, and escorting children to intergenerational activities. Accurately complete paperwork related to children's attendance, progress, and behavior. Step in to support other staff as needed to meet the Center's immediate needs.
