Must work well with others Able to lift children of varying ages and equipment of varying sizes Educational requirements: Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, Bachelors in Child Development, or Bachelors in Elementary Education with ZA or ZS endorsement. Associates degree with ability to attain a Bachelors in early childhood education or child development with a focus on preschool teaching within three years of being hired. IXL GSRP

Lead Teacher 9am-4pm Monday through Thursday during the days/weeks of GSRP operations. Planning time is required outside of these hours, typically occurring on Fridays. Details and weekly amounts vary by county. Required Friday or after GSRP hours training and professional development, as indicated on the GSRP calendar. Required additional hours for home visits or family conferences that may occur outside of GSRP hours. Rate of pay is based on level of education & experience in the field and upon completion of a signed GSRP agreement.
