Must be good with ages from 6 weeks to 12 Years old. Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate child development instruction, including preschool activities and toddler care routines Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management techniques Assist with infant care needs, including feeding, diapering, and comforting young children Conduct child supervision during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to promote safety and engagement Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately Qualifications Experience working with children in daycare centers & preschools Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid is required; ongoing training encouraged Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with excellent child supervision abilities Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with parents Understanding of mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance and child safety CDA preferred Embark on a fulfilling career where your enthusiasm for nurturing young minds can truly flourish!
