In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You'll plan and lead age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and partner closely with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and behavior. Maintain classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and initiatives. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Implement Kinder Care curricula and best practices. Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and daily routines.
